Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include the following:

  1. Your Contact Information:

    • Full name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  2. Description of the Removed Material:

    • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  3. A Statement of Good Faith:

    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction:

    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address’s judicial district, or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district where Sancotiscloth operates.
    • A declaration that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification or their agent.
  5. Your Signature:

    • A physical or electronic signature.
